Terms of Service

Welcome to Christ + Cycle. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Christ + Cycle, you represent that you meet this requirement. The app is not intended for users under 13, and use by anyone between 13 and 18 is not authorized.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@christandcycle.com.

You must verify your email address before you can use the app. Unverified accounts have no access to features.

Wellness Disclaimer

Christ + Cycle is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. Cycle tracking, phase guidance, devotionals, and wellness suggestions are offered for educational and personal reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or pastoral counseling.

If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not delay seeking medical advice based on anything you read in the app. Christ + Cycle is not responsible for any health decisions you make based on app content.

Use of the App

You agree to use Christ + Cycle lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory
• Post spam, advertising, or commercial promotions
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's operation
• Use the app to harm or harass other users

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the app, including community posts and personal reflections. By sharing content to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the app to other users for as long as you keep it posted.

You are responsible for the content you share. You agree that your content does not violate the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in Christ + Cycle. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Reporting Content and Blocking Users

If you encounter content that violates these Terms or a user behaving inappropriately, please use the in-app report function on the post, or block the user to prevent further interaction. You may also email hello@christandcycle.com to report content or users.

We are committed to reviewing reported content and acting on violations within 24 hours of receiving the report. Action may include removing content, warning the user, or terminating their account.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the app.

When your account is deleted (by you or by us), all your shared content, account information, and on-device data is permanently removed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Your use of Christ + Cycle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how we use it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Christ + Cycle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available without interruption, error-free, or that content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal harm related to health decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you in the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
